Accidently hit some buttons need help!

So, I was working in the yard last night and reached into my pocket and I hit some buttons on my phone no idea what I hit but now my phone is constantly showing running processes in the background over my wallpaper, it even show's it when I have menu's up. I have no idea what I did or how to turn it off but it's driving my nuts here's the specs
R2D2 Droid
Cyanogenmod 7.1.0

Look in developer settings, sounds like you enabled something in there
