"Accounts and Sync" option disappeared

Hello
I had to delete all of my gmail account on my Samsung s3 Jelly Bean 4.1.1
After re-installing my account i do not see the Accounts and Sync option were I can choose what to sync . The only thing I have is the list of my accounts and add account
See Screenshot. I use to have this option before.

Can you help me .

Click on Google there and then when you go to that page, your gmail account address should be listed at the top, click on it and all the what to sync options will be there.
