hi, after successfully getting DL09 to run with root and clockwork, i cant seem to get the circular battery indicator with percentage to flash in clockwork without the phone messing up and having to reflash DL09 to stock

is this happening to anyone else? or does the battery mod need an update for this update?

i havent tried to flash jsut the battery. it may not work in dl09. most of the themes have a circle battrey of some sort. you may try flashing a theme. dont forget to flash the dl09 theme fix after you flash the theme.

If you're talking about just flashing a custom framework.apk with modifications for battery percentage, the original file has to be from DL09 as well. I had similar problems when trying to apply a DI01 framework file to a DJ05 system. That is when I switched to custom themes. There are plenty out there so I'm sure you will find one you like. I personally love Blackmod Enhanced. There is a DL09 version available in ROM Manager. If you choose a DJ05 theme, as gunnermike said, make sure to apply the DL09 fix.zip after installing it or you will end up stuck in a boot loop.

every theme but the black mod enhanced has to be applied through cwm and not rom manager, other wise you will have to pull battery and boot into cwm to flash the fix any way.
i am using nextang theme. it has some pretty cool menu and icon graphics. the black mod was too plain for me. atleast i think it was, i have flashed so many different things its hard to keep up.

Right. I've gone through the same process with 2 other Fascinates that I manage. Both are running DJ05 themes. I just placed the zips for the theme and fix on the SD card, boot into recovery, install the theme, then the fix, restart and its perfect.

pretty much what i did when i was in dl09. im done with dl09 for a while. dj05 works better. fewer problems. plus i really like super dark rom.
