AccuWeather date and time app. time is wrong

I recently started using this app again and when I did it was exactly one hour too fast.
I've changed the time within the app itself and it still wrong. System time is correct but I can't change the time in the AccuWeather forecast.

Next try another application. On my tablets I use Weather & Clock Widget and select and alternate weather provider. This can occur if you are close to a different time zone... Also daylight savings time.

I finally got around to adding a different weather widget. 3D Digital weather and clock. I can't find who provides the weather but the time IS correct. Accuweather provides in info with the default widget. Nothing has changed in my location and the tablet's Accuweather widget has displayed the correct time in the past. So, what does this tell me? How can I correct the time with the default weather widget? Thanks
