Accuweather widget high temperature

My S4 keeps showing a ridiculously high temperature when I look at it and only rights itself when I manually refresh. Always seems to be in excess of 50?C

I have this. Started with 4.4.2. It also has a lot of problems starting

I have the same problem with my weather app showing ridiculously high Temperatures when I upgrade the S4 firmware to 4.4.2....
Don't know how to fix it.
