Acer Iconia A500 vs Crackle

I love my new Acer Iconia but I dont lke the fact that I have to go to the web site to watch. Is there any word on a fix for the Crackle App for the Iconia A500? I get Audio Only and a black screen. Is there a way to contact the builder of the App? I am very new to the Android world but have thus far loved the experience, that is until Crackle.
