acess bootloader on pad6 pro Chinese version

I'd like to know how access the fastboot mode and root it.if I press power + volume down stay in infinite loot restart and if I press power + volume up appear in Chinese write. as show in picture. How Could I solve it.

Since your New to Rooting I wouldn't mess with it but you can check XDA site as they're more geared for Rooting.
