activate droid x droid charge question

so i sbfed my droid x and i accidentaly activated it but now my charge isnt working. the sim card SAYS its working and it says its connected to verizon but no 4g sign shows up or anything else. and i can only call *611. not even *288 is working. it says mobile number not activated. HELLLPP

Activate it through your account on the verizon website. Just enter the MEID of your charge and it should be able to be activated that way.

You might need a new sim card, from what I heard once a sim card is not active, it can't be re-activated. Please let us know how you fix it, as I also have a charge and would like to know for sure how these sims work.

His SIM card was never deactivated. The Charge was deactivated on his CDMA line. That's a problem we'll see more of on VZW because they have two separate activations that use two separate methods. SIM card for LTE and VZW database for CDMA/EvDo. Go through the website or call Customer Service. Make sure your DX is powered off when you try to switch the line.
