Activating a rooted phone

I want to give my sister since I don't want unroot. I'm running cyanogen mod 7 rc2. I just want to know if I can activate the phone on my sisters line through the sprint site?

Sure, as long as she has a plan that supports smartphones. Your phone hasn't been blacklisted right? (Stolen, damaged)

No it's blacklisted. So I'll be able to dial the ## number and them edie the phone number and the other important number ( I forgot the name of the number I know it starts with an m)

If you can make calls with it now, then it's not blacklisted. If not, then Sprint won't activate it on their network.
