Activating LG Revolution

I just bought the LG revolution and I want to activate it on my page plus account. It wont activate the regular way on the phone and its 4g so page plus cant activate the phone itself but I can use my services there. I called Verizon and they wont do it because im not a customer.....does anyone know of ways to activate 4g Lte SIM manually? Please help
