Activation error (106) on a Note 4... Please help

I had to swap my Note 4 to another phone number over the weekend and now I'm getting an Internal Error (106). I have a notification that will not go away saying Activation Not Completed. When I select it I'm taken to the Hands Free Activation screen but that errors out.

Everything seems to be working fine...text, phone, email, internet, etc. but I'm unable to update the PRL or Profile. I took it to one of the Sprint contract stores but they were clueless and said to take it to the corp store. That's a little out of the way so I wanted to try posting here first.
I have done a scratch reload as well.

If someone might be able to help me solve this problem I would really appreciate it?
