Active Application Widget is wrong

My Active Applications Widget is incorrect. It now says 0 on the Widget, but clicking on it and opening the program shows "Active applications: 4" and it lists the 4 apps that I have recently used.

Why is the Widget wrong? It worked when I first put it there.

Is there an app associated with it? As in, can you go into Manage Apps and clear cache/data

If not, is this a Widget specific to your device, or, did you download it? If it was downloaded, contact the developer and let them know. Even if you get a solution, they might want to know.

Check the refresh interval if one is available. Otherwise, remove then re-add the widget back to the home screen.
