Ad or spyware?

I have a ZTE Obsidian and I get this pop up on my phone saying something about spyware and then I have to tap "use now" and it takes me to Google Play and to an app that is supposed to clean my phone. Is this an ad and what should I do if its not? I haven't installed the app that my phone takes me to. I don't remember what the app is called.

Hi, that sounds like adware, most likely from some app that you downloaded recently. Clear cache and data for your browser and maybe uninstall any suspicious app.
