"add shortcut on homescreen"

This feature quict working after the Lollipop 5.0.2 update. Still works on the S5 but not on the
S4 10.1.

I can get it to work with Chrome but not the stock internet browser.

Has anybody had this problem and been able to fix it?

I guess my OCD is kicking in as the shortcut icons are now different than the previous ones.
Old one on the left new on the right.

Found out this is because I added the shortcut from the actual opened page and not from the favorite because the bottom 3 items are still missing from the "more menu".
