Adding 10.1 to Desktop Win 7 Network?

My 10.1 is working wirelessly off my desktop's router, but I cannot add it to my home network in Win 7.
If I could add it, presumably I could transfer some files wirelessly, and maybe even have the 10.1 print (some day).

Clicking "Add a wireless device" in Win 7 does not have the 10.1 show up as a discoverable device.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Edgar

You don't need to add it to your network to move files or print.

You can use an app like Software Data Cable or File Expert to transfer files to/from.

There are a couple of printing apps out there as well, but I am not as familiar with those.

Thanks for pointing out those two apps. I am still interested why the 10.1 seemingly can't be part of home network.
