Greetings..
I have a question perhaps someone might know already. But as you know if you have a 8.9 or 10.1, inside the settings is an option for 'device administrators'. Well when I go there on either model, it's blank and says that there is no administrators, with no options. It doesnt matter if the device is encrtpted or not, the option just isnt available,.
My question, anyone know how to enable this feature? I'm just curious..
Also unrelated.. When using the browser on either the 8.9 or 10.1, I've noticed that the 'debugging option is now gone. Well if you need to get into it, type into the url location the following and press go.

Once performed the screen will remain the same, but you'll want to then go into settings (from and for the browser) and the 'debug' option will be available. I have to do this process each time I want to enter that menu. Otherwise it's not available.
I needed to access this so that I could change my 'UA' useragent to 'desktop' in order the view websites that block access, such as hbo go. I can now access and watch hbo go when I change the ua...
I thought I'd put that out there incase it helps someone else. Not sure if it's been covered or not. Anyways peace
