Hi,
I tried searching for this, but came up empty. This is either something really easy or no one noticed it yet.
How do I add a widget to a new screen? The only way I found to create a new (home) screen was to drag an app to the right, then add a widget to that screen.. However, when I delete the app from that screen, the entire screen leaves too.
I generally like to have my calendar as one screen, my regular home screen, and then my Twitter feed on another screen.
I'm using the native launcher. Any solution besides using another muncher launcher?

You'll need a new launcher if you want your home pages to be in that order as the Google Now Launcher doesn't work that way. You could set up your phone so that your regular home screen is first (and closest to Google Now), followed by the calendar and then twitter (or vice versa).

I got it working a little. I added a single app to my main home screen, then I was able to get the other widgets full size on the other screens.

I'm not sure I see the problem.

Find a blank area on the last screen and long-press, then select Widgets. Find the Calendar widget and place it on that screen. Next, long-press on the new widget (do it near the left edge, it'll be easier) and then drag it to the right edge of the screen. A new screen should appear; drop the widget there.

Next, long-press a blank area of any screen to get back into screen edit mode, then grab any screen and move it left or right to change the order of the screens.
