Admit it - the world's best flagship.... Ever

Erm... well... that's a bit... optimistic ;)

It's probably one of the current best like all Samsung devices are every year... until Samsung abandons it when their next flagship comes out and all that great hardware is forgotten. It's what I call the Samsung cycle of Shame... :D

No other phone, currently or in the near future, can arguably approach the Note 8 in overall amazinglyness (is that even an adjective?)

The screen outshines everything else currently and available in the near future.... and remember, a screen to a phone is the equivalent of speakers to a sound system....... the camera will be (already is) considered the best in the smartphone tech world, and 6 GB's of RAM is beyond , especially when coupled with Samsung's optimization software; the multitasking split screen with the ever increasing S - Pen performance is in a singular space all to itself on the smartphone world....... not to mention everything else about this amazing phone

Can we just agree the world has never seen anything like the mighty Note 8!!!

Although the Note 8 only occupies about 5% of Samsung's smartphone cell revenue, there is no other phone in the world, to date, that can technologically approach the mighty Note 8!!!!!!

Hey bro when did u get to hold the phone and see it for yourself?

I'm thinking this post had large chunk of sarcasm thrown in and he was probably fishing for bites from people...either that or he's just slightly deluded

I think the note 7 had more of a wow factor for me, anyway Im not getting the note 8 as im fine with the s8

I would say the Note 8 is easily a top 10 device right now.
That's not saying a lot. It should be top 3 when released. What will it be ranked a year from now then? Every new flagship that comes out needs to be at least in the top five overall. However, everybody's priorities are different and they might not feel that the Note8 is the best.

I think being "easily" a top ten device is a good place for a flagship to be. There's a lot of variety, but what I meant by "easily" here is that I don't think there are many people that are going to say that there are 10 or more better devices available right now. I'd be hard pressed to name more than a couple, and that's by using criteria that Samsung does not prioritize... so not sure how fair that is? For the direction Samsung wants to go, this is a home run. Top 5, sure, slam dunk. Priorities, you hit it dead on.

I'm getting the Essential Phone instead of the 8. I'm tired of AT&T and Samsung's bloat.

Agreed!!!! :D

Cannot wait to leave my S7 Edge for it, I have missed that glorious SPen and the large displays of the Note range.

The more square design of the Note 8 does wonders for that display, it's incredibly immersive!

No phone will match Note as usual each year, Mate10, iPhone 'Whatever' Plus etc etc etc... They will just be bigger versions of smaller siblings, bleh.

I wouldn't say that. The battery size is just okay for its screen size. The FPS location still sucks.

But I'm still going to get it.

I rather the battery be smaller for now..it keeps the explosion rumors at Bay...just a safety measure for the general public.
