Randomly once the phone exits sleep mode opens a browser page with link adtracker and then google play to download a game this issue is recent after the daily updates can't know which app is doing it but no recent apps where added or change something with these ongoing updates

It's most likely still some adware that came with a game or app you installed. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until it goes away. Or do a factory reset, then install apps back one by one, watching to see if that behavior returns.

Ya it was one of the apps
