Advance settings, contact search and Sign out option missing on Lync 2010 on BlackBerry KEYone

Dear Friends,

Recently installed Lync 2010 on my KEYone and it is behaving strange as couldn't find advance settings, contact search and Sign out option in it. Once logged in I cannot sign out except by switching off the mobile. Can't even search for any contacts from my company global directory. Please help...
