*Advanced Calling 1.0

I just got the 24.3.7 update. I don't see anything different, but while browsing the forum posts I came across this topic about advanced calling. I signed into my account and went to free services. HD voice was listed. I tried to download it, but got a message stating it wasn't available. Based on other posts here, it seems like others have it for the droid Maxx. If the hd voice add on isn't available, then why is listed on the Verizon website?

It should be available unless they are changing something one their end and it is suspended for a period of time. The only way to find that out would be to call customer support and go through that or try the "chat" with representative on the VZW website. But one thing is for sure you have to add it to your plan before it is available on your phone for use.

That's where the problem was. I was trying to add it to my account, and I was getting a message that the feature wasn't available even though I've already updated to 23.4.7. Just now, I logged into MyVerizon and was able to add the feature to the account.
