Advice on Rooting and 2 step account authentication

I have just flashed my third ROM (slowly but surely) and I'm feeling more confident in general, but I also use Google 2 step authentication and it seems to add another layer of complexity to the process. Any advice for keeping the extra work to a minimum?

Is there anyway to easily disable it then re-enable it? That would be my guess.
