After 4.3 Upgrade, AutoCorrect is Auto-Screwingup my contact names

Somehow this was re-enabled in 4.3. I remember having a toggle to turn off the checking of contact names. I no longer see that option support. Am I missing something.

When I was writing to two friends, 4.3 changed Tabone to Table and Weinstein to We in stein. WTF?

This feature really make me go mad as well many times and I ended up sending wrong message. This is how you can turn this off.

Settings > select My Device (section from top) > Language and Input

Within Keyboards and input methods you would see Default (Samsung keyboard) below that is

Samsung Keyboard and right next to it the wheel which takes you to settings. Select the wheel and below the Predictive text is Auto Replacement, which you would want to turn off.
