After 5.1.1 patch, reboot causes black screen

Just got my 5.1.1 patch over air and next time I reboot the device, only Google and Android logos greet me, after that only black screen (but OS boots, because I can take screen shots of the black screen. Only option is to press power long and shut the device down. Others have this? Any tips other than factory reset? Cache wipe did not help.
