After reflashing my S4Active (i537) because the phone would not boot up I no longer can turn on Wifi

I had to reflash my factory unlocked at@t phone because the phone would randomly freeze and reboot, then stopped booting up altogether. I flashed it with odin, rooting it in the process followed from a post on this site. I first flashed 4.3 (I think is was called factory), then rooted, and then flashed the phone to 4.4.2. Everything else on my phone works properly, other than the wifi. If you need any other info i will try to remember... I have already tried to use recovery to take it back to orig, as some post have suggested, but no dice yet.
