After restart keypad is not visible to enter the password

I have updated my samsung galaxy s8 to samsung 9.0 oreo update on wifi. But after restart keypad is not visible to enter the password. And also mobile can not be switched off without entering password. what to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Try pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 20 seconds to force a shutdown. Then restart.

If the problem persists, I'd contact Samsung for warranty repair.
