Hello I recently updated my Samsung S9+ to android Pie and now auto filter in camera is missing. It was my most popular filter. I can still apply this filter to photos in editor, but I cannot apply it to videos anymore

No it's just some scene optimilizer (which does nothing at all). Filters are at up right corner and before update, there were automatic filter as first option, which is now missing. This filter can be added after in editor, but it is completely gone from video.
