I don't think you can go wrong with any flagship phone these days. I find it interesting that Samsung fans often claim the Apple "fanboys" get taken for a ride each year but so do Samsung. You can buy a pixel for example thats much cheaper then both and is a great phone with a camera just as good. Everyone is bias to what they personally prefer. I was a huge Samsung fan. I have owned more Samsung devices then any other, however in recent times i have started to prefer the iphone.
Not because its better per say but its as good and i prefer it. Where i come from the Note 20 Ultra for example is priced slightly more expensive then the Iphone 12 pro max. Is the Note 20 ultra better? Meh technically / on paper perhaps but i guarantee you the camera on both phones will as good as each other. I know theres no 12 pro max reviews out yet but i expect it to at least be a tad better then the regular pro which in my opinion is pretty close to the quality of the Note 20 Ultra. Video recording is also superior on apple devices. I also personally just prefer the way apple devices feel, i just find they are build better and feel better (personal preference) and i also feel the displays don't smudge / get finger prints as easily (i know they are produced by samsung but maybe apple then apply their own coating?)
I find that alot of the "features" Android phones have that deem them better then apple are gimmicky features for most people. On paper it sounds better but in reality the difference is negligible. Again its subjective but even the s pen is gimmicky in my opinion. I would say the majority of users will use it once or twice at best.
The only feature the Note 20 Ultra has that would make me jealous as an iphone user is the refresh rate. Thats it. I prefer the build of the iphone, how it feels. I prefer the flat display rather then curved as it drives me crazy with ghost touches etc As for the notch? Meh id rather it not be there of course but i honestly dont mind it and i love face id far more then touch id. The best battery life ive ever had on a device has also been an iphone (11 pro max) and i have also used Note 10 plus etc (probably a close 2nd to be fair)
Point iam trying to make is that its a shame we cant be humble enough to admit almost all flagship phones are great and its all about personal preference and what YOU prefer and if it costs a tiny bit more to get the device you want and you can afford it then why does anyone else care ??
Well the reason you are seeing so much Samsung Note 20 Ultra praise and iPhone praise is almost non-existent is the fact that you are posting on an Android site, aptly name Android Central.
