Aftermarket car stereo for Droid Turbo

Anyone have any experience integrating the Droid Turbo with an aftermarket car stereo? The research I've done so far sounds like compatibility varies between stereos and phones with Android. My main concerns would be Bluetooth compatibility for phone calls and being able to stream music that is stored on the phone, but I'd love one of those video receivers capable of mirroring the phone's screen.

I have a pioneer car stereo... Nothing fancy and just a small screen but it works awesome with my Droid Turbo. It's about 3 years old and it did have issues with my razr maxx and not always connecting. With my Turbo it just connects so the Bluetooth in the turbo must be better. It does take in your contacts so it will display the contact name when I'm on a call... Sorry I don't know the model number of the radio... It's kinda late and it's cold outside so I'm not running out to see what it is... LOL! I'm sure pioneer has done nothing but make their stereos better in the last 3 years.
