Air command icons

Hey all. I don’t know what setting I changed but all my air command icons changed to really tiny with thick white circles around them. Is this due to the theme change? And can you keep the theme and change those specific icon sizes?

It has to do with the Icon Frames setting under Display. Unfortunately, I have noticed that some themes grey this option out and do not allow me to turn off icon frames. You will also notice that your Google apps have this nasty white frame around them, too. I'm stuck in a conundrum. I love the theme I am using, but the icon frames on my air command annoy the crap out of me.
