Airdroid quit working with my home wifi AND I can no longer use USB cable - it won't sync with phone

I'm using an LG G5. I was happily using Airdroid for about a year, by using my Windows PC app to transfer photos from the phone to the PC over my home wifi network, but now it's quit working and tells me that it can only use my mobile phone bandwidth, which is much slower, and of course costs money!

I tried the USB cable too, and now it won't even sync with my phone, when I use my Altap Salamander file manager on the PC, which used to work fine.

I'm stuck! Please help.

Is your phone having problems connecting with your home wi-fi network in general, or is it just with AirDroid?

Airdroid is the only way it's ever connected with the home wifi.

Check with the developer if this is some new policy. Maybe it requires the paid version now?
