Airplane Mode

Ok, not sure what is going on
Running stock EE4

Just fooling around with settings etc....put phone in airplane mode then back to normal. Now, the airplane symbol is still there & have no data
somebody tell me what how to fix it

I have rebooted - pulled battery and nothing.......

How did you put it back to normal? I tried to replicate, but when I turned airplane mode off, it connected to the network.

I haven"t yet although I noticed last night that when I checked phone for system updates it said it was installing EE4
Woke up this morning it was still installind, factory reset - said I needed to install so I did.....phone restarted like it was installing - just checked & still on ED2

Airplane symbol is gone but have no service
