Salve vorrei sapere se esiste un'app che mi consente di rispondere a telefono direttamente con una canzone...tipo mi chiamano e io invece di dire pronto parte il file audio. Grazie

That's called a ringback tone, and is usually something offered by your carrier for a fee. Check with them.
