Alarm not working right

Ok,

I use my phone's alarm to help wake up in the morning. As of right now, the only thing it will do is vibrate. Does anyone have a clue what setting I messed up to make it so it won't actually ring?

Also, when I try to preview the sound, I do not hear anything.

When choosing a Alarm ringtone press the volume button up to increase the sound. Sometimes the volume level drops to zero. Although I have only experienced this after the MR update.

Also if you search prior to posting, you'll find that things have typically been discussed in the past. i know this alarm situation has about 3 threads already, all with the same results.

I've found that I have to make sure I turn the volume up on each alarm I have inputed. I have alarms for different times in the morning depending on the day of the week. I assumed that if one was set they all would be set and this is not the case. Good luck and sleep tight at night.
