Alarm sometimes goes off twice

Sometimes, I will "dismiss" an alarm, but then maybe 15-30 seconds later, it will come back again. I "dimiss" that one as well, and it doesn't come back a third time. It is usually the first alarm that I use to wake me up in the morning, and has happened on numerous occasions. BTW, I am on my third Rezound now, issue update, for those that care:

1st Rezound Issues:
-Crashed sometimes
-dead (hot?) pixel
-hissing noise while playing music

2nd Rezound Issues:
-Crackling/blown speaker noise when making calls, intermittent problem
-hissing noise while playing music
-sometimes unresponsive touchscreen

3rd Rezound Issues:
-Alarm sometimes goes off twice. I hit the dismiss button, and it shuts off, then maybe 15-30 seconds later, it goes off again. Intermittent problem.
-Keypad sometimes stops working
-Data seems to be dropping more frequently than the other two Rezounds
-hissing noise while playing music

I bought it from Costco for $50 on upgrade on bf. The 2nd and 3rd ones are NEW retail box replacements through costco.

You've gone through a lot of trouble already lol. Wonder if there was a bad manufacturing batch.

I can't say I've experienced any of the software stuff you have. Most of the time when my alarm goes off I turn it off in my sleep. I'll try to be on the lookout now though.

I haven't had hardly any of the issues you've mentioned, but my alarm does go off twice most mornings. I've just be ignoring it. And occasionally I've had data issues, but turning off then on the data seems to get it back. Again it's not a big enough issue that it's bothered me, so I've just dealt with it. Now the one thing I thought may be a real issue is when listening to anything through my car speakers via a tape cassette adapter I've gotten crackling. It comes and goes, but I thought it was my tape player head needing cleaned or the jack. I never get it with the ear buds, bluetooth, or the external speaker.
