Alarm trouble

[Android Central Question]

Lg g8 thinq. Stock clock app. Can set alarms, but when they go off, there's no cue, no way to snooze or turn alarm off without opening the phone and going to the clock app and disabling the alarm. None of the options to use volume buttons or to flip over, or even puzzle lock are working. Ideas?

Can try reset it by clearing Data, cache ,force stop..

Holding both buttons makes it boot loop. System recovery screen doesn't come up. Don't know if it matters, but it's the Amazon version of the g8.

Probably a bug , download google alarm clock see if it's the same, also you use DND?

I use dnd, but still problems whether on or off.

Then try another alarm clock.

Works with another alarm clock, but who needs more than one clock app? I can't delete the stock one.
