Alcatel Fierce 4 indicator light keeps blinking

[Android Central Question]

The LED on the top left above the screen won't stop blinking, despite the fact that I've turned the LED indicator off in Settings.

The problem persisted even after resetting my phone. I have also tried installing an app (LED Blinker Notifications Lite) to deal with the problem, but despite having all LED notifications turned off both in Settings and in the app, the light continues to blink. This is a brand new phone which I bought only two days ago, so any help or insight into this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it blinking only when the screen is off, or even when it's on and you're actively using the phone?

Hi! OP here, I didn't realize you had to make an account to respond. To clarify, the light blinks whether the screen is on or off, because my phone is low on charge (<15%) or charging. I'm looking for a way to keep it from blinking altogether, as it's a huge nuisance when I try to use my phone.

Hmm, not sure if that's possible. Try Light Flow, which is one of the better known LED control apps.
