Alcatel One Touch Fierce... help!!!

This morning my phone was working fine, but it suddenly shut off and now it will not go past the T-Mobile logo screen. I know that a factory rest could help with this issue. The problem is that I have lots of pictures that I foolishly did not back up and I do not want to lose them. Is there any way to reset without losing data? Or any way to fix this without resetting? I already wiped the cache partition and it did nothing.

Hi, can you connect the phone to a laptop or PC and manually move your media data that way, so you won't loose any of it in the event of a reset?
