Alcatel pop 4 plus phone turns itself on

[AC Question]

It happens at two especific times after I turn it off, 6:58 am and 9:58 am
When I go to bed at night I turn it off but when I wake up in the morning it's always on.
I don´t use the alarm clock from the phone.
I have factory reset the phone multiple times
Can somebody help please? It's very frustrating
