Alcatel U5 - Pulse Notification Light?

Does anyone know if there is a pulse light for the Alcatel U5?

According to some sites (like Argos) there is, but I'm really struggling to find an option for it on all the phone settings (Notifications/Apps/Sound etc).

The pre-installed app Phone Guard has a Pulse Notification Light setting but when enabled there is still no light.

Any help would be appreciated.
