I was digging around, but couldn't find, a way to set how many times the phone vibrates and how long it vibrates each time when receiving sms and phone calls. I also was trying to find where you can choose what color you want the LED to be when you receive a message or missed call. Any help for this? I remember these options on my Droid X, but can't seem to find them.

There's no phone/sms setting for how many times they vibrate. Perhaps a 3rd party app. Handcent SMS has control over the vibration pattern. Don't know offhand about apps for phone calls. Same for led notifications.
