All my apps keep stopping

All off a sudden my apps keep stopping. I have cleared my cache, have plenty of space, but I cant seem to open anything but browser and the apps in safe mode. I haven't downloaded any apps prior to the issue. Any thoughts on what I can do. I have an s10+ with up to date software

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the General Help forum since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps.

Are you getting error messages saying "Unfortunately, [app name] has stopped," or do the apps just suddenly dump you back to the homescreen without any explanation?

Are you saying that apps don't stop unexpectedly when you're in Safe Mode? If that's the case, that means some app you installed is causing the instability. You'd have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
