all sound on Moto 7 play is grayed out

I go to Settings --> Sounds.

Everything is grayed out. "Ring Volume" is stuck-through.

I'm trying to record a video, and there is no audio being recorded.

Help greatly appreciated.

Have you tried safe mode if it's still the same?

Thanks, Diddy. Yes, it seems to be. "An app (camera) has automatically turned on Do not Disturb." That was it. Thank you!
