Allshare and PS3

So when I turn on allshare I can see the results on my PS3 and look at my pictures and listen to music from it. But what I can't see are my videos because the PS3 says unsupported format. Now, my question is how can I change the format of the video that I record? This is a big feature I would like to have work well!

Or you can plug your phone via the USB port on the PS3 and put your phone in mass storage mode and the PS3 will read your phone as thumb drive. And you can play music and videos on there. I do it all the time.
