i recently had a run in with sprint............ my epic which i loved before the 2.2 update started acting stupid dropping calls 3g would just shut off wrong.... time on incoming texts and i keep getting the internal error code. i called the customer service (idots i could here he flipping thru her book looking for the script) told me to hard reset it so that is what i did.........bad idea the call drop and the 3g issues got worse called back little bit mad this time then they told me to go to the closest sprint corp store
(40 miles away) ok getting annoyed...... now took it there turn it in told them what was wrong and i told them that the phone wouldnt update (i didnt say anything about the internal error yet) ok 2.5 hours later 3 mtn dews and 5 bathroom break later the guy comes up and basicly says that iam lieing " there is no evidence of anything you said that was wrong our diagnostics came back with nothing" OK now iam getting upset and i said well ok i took my phone and went to the settings ...about phone...... up date prl....... and "OH ****" there it is internal error looked at him and said "you want to try this again" 3 hours later (missed work boss pissed off wife wondering where iam) he came back and handed me my phone and said "i dont know what is wrong with it we will order you one it will be here in 3 days"...... now i have already seen 3 of these phones get sold and said u guys are out he said "oh its not going to be new its a referb but you wont have to pay for it i talked to my boss and we are waving the 100 fee for it cause you had ot wait this long i said hold on there i just drove 40 miles missed work all so you can say you have no idea what is wrong and then on top of that you are going to give me some one elses problems oh but you dont have to pay for it.... ok now iam pissed i need to leave befoer i get in trouble leave get in the car grab my plantronic blue tooth ($150 for pairing with my work and personal phone) and it wont pair ok re paired it needed a pass code ok 0000..... incorrect code did that like 5 times got that paired call the pissed off boss dropped the call like 5 times and now the store is closed my phone is worse ok now iam really pissed went to a friends place and he told me about flashing the phone back to 2.1??? so i googled and found xda forums got the oden that the 2 other files and got it flashed to 2.1 now i want to see what else i can do with it till i get my "newish" phone and put in some of the kick ass ROMS that i have seen on youtube and here
