Always On Display 1.3.14 update

Finally an update released that (hopefully) fixes the AOD turning off intermittently. There was a thread on this issue a few weeks back (S7 edge forum I think). To be honest, it was very occasional for me, and in fact, haven't noticed the issue for the last couple of weeks. But it's nice to see that Samsung release fixes for their apps quite promptly.

No troubles here with AOD (unlike so many who have complained. ) but THANK YOU for the heads up. I just went to GALAXY APPS and sure enough there lies the update.

AOD has always worked 90% well for me from day 1. It's just quite subtle issues that the majority of people won't notice or care about in everyday use. So I'm actually quite impressed that Samsung have fixed these subtle issues.

But to be fair, most complaints have actually been related to the (lack of) functionality of the AOD. For me though, I use the stock messaging and phone apps, and I don't want to get notifications from anything else. So it's perfect for me.

This update fixed the intermittent turning off of the AOD for me. So, I'm happy about that.
Now...if Samsung could get notifications from 3rd party apps to display on the AOD, I would REALLY be happy!
