Always On Locked App?

I have an s22. I do a lot of mountain bike riding and like to record the rides with trail forks. However if I accidentally touch the screen the app goes off and on occasion even stops recording the ride. What I am looking for is an app that will keep the screen on for trail forks and lock the screen against accidental touches. Is there such a beast? Thanks.

Have you tried setting up a routine, say if camera then possibly do not disturb.

Not sure if this will stop touches but maybe set screen time out to max 10 minutes

In settings type in app pinning. It's used mostly when you are sharing a device with someone to say, look at pictures so they can't access anything else on your phone. It should work for what you need though.

Thanks. I found how to pin an app. That seems to be working.
