Am I crazy?

This is my response to him as well- why would he even bother making this thread when he's just going to move on to the next thing next month...

Switching between to flagship phones a year doesn't mean I change my phone every month. I was asking the question as a long time Samsung user to a other Samsung users to see if they had the same thoughts.

I change phones once or twice a year. There are people far worse than that however I work in the industry so keeping an up to date device in my hands is a must. Secondly they are not all the same, even if the changes are only slightly different. Every phone has something different to offer. Don't know why the hostile reply.
Forgive me, I didn't mean my response to come off as hostile. It's just that you asked the question as if making the wrong decision will have a serious impact on your life, when in reality, you ARE just going to buy another phone in a couple of months anyway. There's nothing wrong with that, per se. It's not what I personally do, but that's fine. Worst thing that happens is you buy the Moto X and don't like it. You're just going to buy the next "big" phone that comes out anyway and the Moto X will be a memory.

Believe it or not two phones a year is my limit. I have always wanted a Nexus phone but being on Verizon it wasn't a thought. So I won't just buy the next big thing frankly. Never owned a lot HTC, nor a LG. Actually scratch that the G3 is my work phone and is amazing (my work phones are provided so that is no cost to me) . But the Note and Galaxy series have honestly never dissapointed me, so that is why I made this thread to get other people's thoughts whether it would be a bad move to try something else is all.

Side note. I talked to a Samsung rep that demoed the Note 4 and S watch to me and has me intrigued...
