Am I the only one that lost my Mute mode?

[AC Question]

Am I the only one that lost my Mute mode.

My device vibrates when it's on Vibrate AND Mute.
I desperately need my Mute mode to function.
Sitting in on conferences w/ my device completely OFF is unacceptable.
Can someone please assist?

I did my System Upgrade to BOK3 2 days ago.
After it was completed I lost my mute function.
All this thing does is vibrate all day.
Please help.

Try wiping the cache partition first: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686

Just try hard reset or factory reset.

Well, I did wipe the cache as soon as the system update was complete & that didn't correct my issue.
Yesterday, I did the Factory Reset that I sooo tried to avoid & THAT corrected my Mute issue.
