Amazon Renewed S22 Plus US version in the UK, will I have problems?

I have just purchased an S22+ on Amazon renewed.
It appears to be the US version im in the uk.
My sim is working but I have the message "the sim card doesn't match the service provider set for this phone some features may not work as expected"
I'm worried the phone will not work properly in the UK.
The phone is immaculate and all updates have been installed ok, I would like to keep it but im worried its too good to be true.
Can anyone advise please.

I haven't completely set up and used the phone yet, just installed updates and made one call to test it.
I have 30 days to return it but im worried if something happens after these 30 days.
I'm thinking of giving it a trial run today.

That's what I think would be your best option to try it first before making a decision. That way you'll know what works or doesn't work.
